The gorge of the Todra

Shortly after departing from Ouarzazate we stop at the shore of the Lake El Mansour Eddahbi., later there is another break in the capital of roses, El Kelâa M’Gouna. After arriving in Tinghir you discover the palm grove of the Todra. In an otherwise desert like landscape the vast greenery extends on a length of 20 kilometres. It ends in a breathtaking rock face, 300 meters in height, and impressive ochre and red coloured canyons. Return to Ouarzazate late in the afternoon.
